Escape to West Wales in this fabulous farmhouse just outside the colourful market town of Narberth. Offering the best of both countryside and coast, this stylish holiday retreat is perfect for families and friends looking to explore all that Pembrokeshire has to offer with their four-pawed companions. The property is just 10 miles from the holiday hotspot of Tenby and 12 miles from the historic town of Pembroke.

Enter the traditional Welsh farmhouse via the handy boot room, where you can store all your dog-walking gear. From here, head through to the stylish kitchen/diner where you'll find everything needed to prepare hearty feasts for the group which you can share around the central island or at the large dining table. With hard floors and a warming Rayburn, the kitchen/diner is also the perfect spot for the hounds to hang out. Just off the kitchen/diner is a snug/playroom with a TV, piano, and a selection of games and toys. The characterful lounge is a delightful place to chill out in the evenings, with its beamed ceiling and stone fireplace housing a roaring wood burner. Spend time here, snuggled up on the corner sofa as you read your book or watch the Smart TV. Completing the ground floor is a refreshing shower room. Upstairs, four inviting bedrooms await - a king-size, a double, a twin, and a single - all with calming decor and ample storage for all your holiday attire. The single bedroom has a trundle bed to accommodate an extra guest if required. Outside, immerse yourself in nature in the picturesque, 2-acre garden, which features a vast lawn where the hounds can burn off steam, along with a covered patio and dining area with far-reaching countryside views. There's also a children's play area and a firepit for toasting marshmallows on a summer's evening. The property has private parking for three cars.

For a day at the beach, journey into the seaside resort of Saundersfoot, 7.5 miles away. There is a section of beach that welcomes furry beachgoers all year, and many of the cafes and pubs in the village welcome canine diners. The surrounding area is a paradise for walkers and four-pawed explorers, with stunning clifftop routes following the Pembrokeshire Coast Path (the route from Saundersfoot to Tenby is particularly scenic) as well as exhilarating climbs in the Preseli Hills (15 miles). Nearby paw-friendly attractions include Colby Woodland Garden (6.5 miles) and Heatherton World of Activities (10.5 miles).

We absolutely loved Molleston Back Farmhouse, the photos do not do this place justice. The location is amazing, completely surrounded by nature and next door to the fabulous Grove of Narberth if you fancy a nice restaurant (they have two, one which is family friendly and the other more for adults!). The grounds are beautiful and my children loved aRead morell the play equipment and we loved the outside dining, multiple choices, some undercover and some underneath a parasol, absolutely perfect. The dog loved the freedom too. The house itself is so well equipped with everything you could possible need to cook elaborate meals, a playroom stocked to the brim with toys and jigsaws, games and books, plenty for children of all ages and adults too. We also managed to work with the wifi with zoom calls, downloads, etc. We travel a lot to holiday cottages and this one we will return and recommend to friends. Thanks so much, you home and surrounds is beautiful. Should also add that it is 15 minutes drive away from stunning beaches and five minutes drive to Narberth, which has fantastic independent delis, shops, bakeries and butchers. Hide
