After a long walk, stretch out on one of the sofas to read your book or catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV, whilst warming your toes and paws in the glow of the cosy wood burner. Nestled under the mezzanine floor you'll find a large dining table for enjoying memorable mealtimes together. Just off the lounge is a gorgeous sunroom with panoramic views across the valley. Also on the ground floor you'll find a games room with an alternative dining area. This quiet room is a good spot to set up the dog beds, away from the hustle and bustle of the main living space. The main staircase in the hallway takes you to the three remaining bedrooms - two doubles and a king-size. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and there's also a family bathroom on this level. Immediately outside the property is an enclosed patio where the woofers can safely potter around and beyond this is a vast lawn that's perfect for outdoor games and picnics in the sunshine. Guests are also welcome to explore the wider grounds, where you'll find a large lake and stunning views across the Dales. Private parking is available for two cars.
