Situated within an exclusive gated complex along the idyllic border of Devon and Cornwall, these beautiful lakeside hideaways each feature a bubbling hot tub, with opportunities for coarse fishing, paddleboarding and a free round of golf at the nearby club.

Each of these fantastic barn conversions has an elegant first-floor open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with stylish seating, a Smart TV, a charming central dining table, sleek kitchen worktops and large picture windows offering serene views across the lakes. Across the properties, there are 12 gorgeous bedrooms – ten super-king-size and two twins – four with refreshing en-suite facilities alongside four relaxing family bathrooms. Outside, each property has a delightful balcony with lake views as well as a large private hot tub with Bluetooth speakers. The patio areas each feature a hot shower and ample garden furniture perfect for dining alfresco. The properties also offer fishing, paddleboarding and lakeside walks to enjoy with your pets – please keep pets and young children supervised. Parking space is available for ten cars.

Holsworthy golf course is within half a mile and is run and owned by the owners of  Weekstone Lakes Estates. A complimentary round of golf is available to guests plus discount off Food and Drink in the restaurant. Free transport can also be arranged to and from the golf course by arrangement.

Keen walkers can set out with canine companions to discover the area’s breathtaking countryside. Woodlands Farm (0.5 miles) is perfect for quiet walks with your pets – offering 30 acres of secluded woods and fields which you can hire privately by the hour. For a day by the sea, the popular seaside resort of Bude (7 miles) has some glorious pet-friendly beaches.
