Looking straight out over Southwold Common, this snuggly home invites you to relax in front of the TV and admire the views whilst stroking your four-legged friend. The large bay window offers picturesque views, and perched nearby is a table and chairs for those romantic dinners with your loved one. Great location and fantastic sunset shots from the front window. Plenty of footpaths to follow and the beach is minutes away. I was always able to park nearby and would definitely return.

A spacious and well maintained apartment very conveniently situated with views over the common.All the rooms were well laid out with a good sized kitchen and comfortable bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Farview two and would book it again if we holidayed in Southwold again.

The apartment is warm, comfortable, peaceful, and in a great location. Pleasantly decorated, including new carpeting. As always there are some small things that need attention from the owners, but nothing that either spoilt our stay or would prevent us from visiting again.

Lovely location, nice and quiet, considering its on residential area. Flat perfect for 2. Lovely last-minute find. Southwold is definitely worthy of return visits and would consider the apartment again.

1. Carpets caked in dog hair, human hair and grime 2. No hot water supply for kitchen sink, bathroom sink or bath. Really upset about this, as a hot bath is a non negotiable for my wife 3. No tea towels or kitchen roll 4. Broken and extremely uncomfortable sofa 5. Broken extractor in bathroom 6. Brittle and broken curtains rails 7. Non stick Read morecoating coming off pans and getting into food, a huge no no. 8. Blunt carrot peelers and knives What is particularly frustrating is that it was clear raising this would not only waste the 3 days we had on holiday waiting for someone to turn up, it would be a waste of time too as it is clear from the guestbook these are recurring problems that are constantly ignored. The flat itself is very nice and in an excellent location. Good size living and bedrooms with everything one needs except somewhere comfortable to sit. TV is limited in its offering.
