Care has been taken to ensure pets feel just as at home as their humans, with a large, enclosed dog paddock, designated dog waste bins, and an outdoor hose ready for cleaning muddy paws. This detached abode sleeps eight guests and accommodates two furry friends, allowing you to create long-lasting memories between endless walkies and beach trips. You’ll never forget evenings spent unwinding in the hot tub or watching the children play in the outdoor area - all while Fido and Rover drift off, dreaming of the day’s adventures. Make your way along the driveway (with ample parking for five cars) and step inside. The property features contemporary styling and bright pops of colour, creating a cheerful, welcoming atmosphere. Bring the family together in the kitchen/diner, preparing meals and dining as your pets snooze contentedly in their beds. A garden room and a separate lounge offer inviting spaces to relax, with a wood burner in the lounge keeping both toes and paws toasty. As day turns to night, carry weary bodies upstairs to bed. Lovely, well equipped property. Spacious but cosy too. The log burner and hot tub were well used over our New Year visit. Dogs loved the garden and walks including the Tarka trail and local beaches. Immaculate inside.

We were in touch with Nigel, the owner even before we arrived and he responded to our questions very quickly and positively. He was at the house to talk us through all the important things and he made us feel at home straight away.He told us to get in touch with him if there was anything we needed, but as the house is so well equipped there was no Read moreneed to do this. The welcome hamper provided was wonderful and probably the best we have ever received at a rental property. All the rooms were spotless and really welcoming. In the kitchen there is all the equipment you could possibly need and more ! Even small things like kitchen foli, baking sheets and cling film was in ample supply. The woodburning stove was ready for us to light, but with the underfloor heating and radiators there was no need to light it on this occasion. it was lovely to find good quality bath sheets and very large hand towels in each of the four bathrooms which we all appreciated. Having a dog paddock is such a good idea and even a hose to wash your dirty dog down if needed. We all loved using the hot tub which was simple to use and really warm. it's very handy having it right outside the patio doors of the snug too. Our grandson , who is almost three, was very happy playing in the treehouse and riding round the garden in a little car and could be seen really well from the snug. Crossbury House is the perfect choice for a large family and has evrything to make your holiday really memorable. Hide
