It would be a crime to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, 11-acre grounds and incredible walking routes that envelop this grand Georgian house without the company of man’s best friend, so be sure to bring Fido and Rover along on your next Cotswolds stay. This impressive property welcomes larger groups and their four-pawed pals to enjoy some uninterrupted quality time together, complete with ample cosy interiors for curling up in and a top-dog exterior ideal for summer stays. Eleven guests and two furry friends can put their feet (and paws!) up in comfortable lounge spaces and ever-inviting bedrooms, in between long daily adventures from the Stroud Valley town of Nailsworth (1 mile away).

Elegantly finished with luxurious details throughout, this manor house is sure to impress even the fussiest of pups. At the back of the house, enter via the boot room – the perfect place to give dogs a good wipe-down. Make your way into the main hallway, where two lounges, a grand dining room and a fabulous kitchen are all accessible. The kitchen, with its central island, is a social hub – and no doubt where you’ll find your canine companions sniffing for scraps. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all located upstairs, and you’ll only need to step outside via the French doors to discover the wonderful 11-acre garden and ample private parking. Take a dip in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ or stoke the firepit while your doggos enjoy free roam.

National Trust woodlands sit right on the edge of the property, so you can pop your pups on a lead and instantly start exploring. Discover the incredible Cotswold Way – a long-distance route that takes in plenty of scenic spots and offers ample opportunities for your four-legged friend to pursue the local wildlife. Just a short 5 miles away, explore Stroud, an eclectic town that’s perfect for breaking up your hike-filled days.
