The ground-floor super-king bedroom also boasts its own wood burner for an added touch of luxury. Upstairs, three bedrooms await – another super-king-size, a king-size, and a spacious twin. Absolutely loved this farmhouse. It was refurbished in summer 2025 and was in fantastic condition. We had a wonderful week exploring the area.

Very spacious and beautiful surroundings. Comfortable beds with plenty space to congregate socially or have a space for yourself. Quiet and relaxing I would recommend this house for a country break.

We loved our stay at this property. It was spacious and in excellent condition, both in terms of repair and cleanliness. We enjoyed the choice of rooms in which to sit, and the whole property stayed warm during a cold snap, especially with use of the log burners. The upstairs master bedroom with views over the countryside was especially beautiful. Read moreThe kitchen was one of the best equipped we have ever found in a holiday let. One thing to be aware of if you are a dog owner, is that although dogs are permitted in the house, this is only in the uncarpeted rooms, which restricts them to the utility/mudroom, kitchen and small sitting room (not made clear in listing for our booking). This is not a criticism, but something those with anxious dogs should be aware of. Also, the garden is not fully enclosed as the driveway is not gated off, so dogs would definitely need to be supervised. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Hide

We had a lovely week stay in the house. The house is beautiful inside and out, and we had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. The setting of the house is also amazing with fantastic views of the countryside, we particularly enjoyed watching the tractors working in the fields. The house was a great location for exploring different pRead morearts of Scotland, including Glamis Castle, Edingburgh and Scone Palace. Peel Farm and Wee Bear Cafe are only a short drive away and were both really nice. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be able to return in the future. Hide
