Explore the incredible scenery of Yorkshire with your four-legged friends when you book a stay at this well-located getaway. With space for large groups of family or friends, and welcoming three canines, it’s an impressive church conversion with a handsome interior and an outside space that includes a hot tub and outdoor kitchen.
Soaring ceilings, incredible stained-glass windows and an original organ are just some of the features of this extraordinary escape. From the reception, head up the stairs with your pets to the open-plan living space, where there’s an array of seating for everyone to snuggle up, whether with a book, some music or a show on the Smart TV. Here, there’s also a long dining table, with chairs and a long pew seat along one side. Up one step, the superb kitchen includes no less than two ovens, two fridges and two dishwashers. The freezer, a third fridge and laundry facilities are all in the utility room, which would be a great place to store dog food. When everyone is tired, bid your hounds goodnight and head up to the bedrooms on the upper two floors. The first floor is home to two king-size bedrooms, one of them en-suite, plus the family bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find the triple room plus two further king-size bedrooms, both the latter with en-suites. The outside space is just as impressive, with excellent facilities for BBQs, a huge patio, large lawn and a bubbling hot tub. There’s ample parking on the drive.
Take your furry pals to the picturesque market town or Yarm, 6.5 miles away, for walks beside the river, or head to the North York Moors, 17 miles away, for forest trails, coastal paths and waterfalls.
