Follow your pet into the handsome townhouse, set over four storeys. On the ground floor, you’ll find the cosy dining room, with a large table and a wood burner. In the kitchen, there’s an electric oven, gas hob and large fridge/freezer. Two of the three bedrooms, a double and a twin/super-king-size, are on the first floor, plus the family bathroom. The double room boasts a decked balcony that overlooks the garden. Keep going to the second floor to find a sumptuous lounge with a vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace with a second wood burner, plus a foosball table and a Smart TV to keep you entertained. A shower room completes this floor. Finally, there’s a super-king-size bedroom on the mezzanine, overlooking the lounge. A gravelled garden extends at the back of the house, with a covered area below the balcony. A useful addition outside is the utility room with laundry facilities and space for canine gear or outdoor equipment. When you book, you’ll be given a permit for the car park 150 metres away.
This wonderful property is in a quiet street near the heart of Dolgellau, where you’ll find plenty of shops and dog-friendly places to eat and drink. Take your chum for a stroll along the Mawddach Trail to see spectacular views at Penmaenpool (2 miles) or drive to Coed Y Brenin (7.5 miles) for yet more walking trails.
