Sharing the same charm and character as the ground floor, the en-suite king-size and twin bedrooms upstairs provide a haven of tranquillity to retire to; crisp, white linens ensure a peaceful rest, dreaming of tomorrow’s walkies. Enjoy the sights of the marina as you dine alfresco on the enclosed patio, which boasts plenty of room for little paws to stretch. There is off-road parking for two cars at the property.

This wonderfully scenic spot on the banks of the Lancashire Canal in Tewitfield is perfectly placed for you to explore the countless ball-throwing opportunities within the nearby Lake District National Park 11 miles away. Enjoy a gentle walk down the canal path to Carnforth, 3 miles away, to pursue its selection of independent shops or Warton Crag, which overlooks the village. Take the lead to Bowness-on-Windermere, 22.5 miles away, to cruise along the tranquil waters of Lake Windermere with your pup aboard a traditional steamer or treat your pup to the feel of golden sand between their paws with a traditional bucket and spade day at Silverdale Beach, 6 miles away.

As we were locking up to return home, my husband and I both agreed it was the best holiday home wed ever stayed in! The weather was poor most of the week but it was a delight to return to such a clean, comfortable, well equipped house with such a beautiful outlook! It made our holiday. We would definitely recommend it!

Swan House was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Beds are firm, the way we like them, single & double. The apartment has a lovely view onto the marina and canal & theres a lovely short walk over the bridge and along the canal. The location is very convenient for visiting the coast, Yorkshire dales, Forest of Bowden & of course the wonderfuRead morel lakes, only 4ins away. The Long Lands hotel on site has a good selection of good food and also does takeaway pizzas. Hide

Comfortable, clean and well appointed holiday apartment. Relaxing view overlooking the marina. Excellent food available from hotel a minute's walk away. Bank of ( fast) electric car chargers just over the other side of the main road.
