In summer months, throw open the doors to the garden to allow the pups to amble in and out. Sliding doors lead from the lounge through to the sleek kitchen/diner, where you’ll find everything needed for a successful self-catering holiday. Perch with a morning coffee at the breakfast bar or share family mealtimes at the large dining table. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms and a fabulous family bathroom, as well as a handy office space. The two remaining bedrooms and a second family bathroom are located upstairs. Outside, an immaculate garden wraps around the property, featuring a sunny patio area for al fresco entertaining and a bubbling hot tub for reviving weary legs after a long dog walk. There’s also a lawn area that’s perfect for four-pawed guests to burn off steam. The property has private parking for four cars.
Journey to Bude for a traditional day at the seaside. The town has a choice of paw-friendly, sandy beaches, and you can also stretch your legs with a jaunt along the canal towpath or stride out along the dramatic clifftop paths, where the coastal views are truly spectacular. Alternatively, head into the historic market towns of Launceston (14 miles) or Holsworthy (5.5 miles) to potter around the quirky independent shops, or refuel in one of the country pubs.
