We thought that everything came together to make a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, the decor and furnishings (oh, the luxury of having a sofa each!) fitted the character of the cottage very well. The location couldn't be bettered. The cottage's location in a rural countryside was both attractive and relaxing, added to by the lovelyRead more village pub which served excellent food while being only a few steps away from"home". Also, closer by than we thought, Wells next the Sea was charming, the dogs would have stayed forever on Holkham Beach and don't miss the signposts to "The Parlour" very close by, selling very good food as well as raw milk and a good selection of local cheeses. As you can no doubt gather from the above, we had a wonderful time and can't praise the cottage and its owners highly enough Hide

The house is in a fantastic location for the Norfolk coast with a lovely pub just down the road and good off road parking. I stay in this area a lot and have tried many different houses this one is nice but does require a little bit of an update especially the shower which is very weak. Stunning cottage in a beautiful location and the owners had left a very generous welcome pack which was lovely.
