Lovely home in a glorious setting. Picturesque walks just moments from the house. The house is large and comfortable. Great garden for the dog. Only issue we had was with ants finding the food waste bin! Milk and biscuits on arrival was a lovely touch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time as a family and the place is comfortable and well equipped. It is clear that some improvements have been made recently. Thank you for having sharp knives in the kitchen and enough equipment to cook.

Cons.. As other reviews have mentioned the property is tired and needs money spending on it. The garden is overgrown so restricts the view. The sunroom roof leaked in heavy rain. The cleaning could be better, thick layer of dust on the upstairs fabric headboard which in itself has seen better days. Lack of little things like oven gloves, kindling aRead morend matches, another TV in the house. Pros.. Good location, nice bathrooms, big enough, good parking. Overall its nice but could be much better! Hide

Lovely location, near to the cliff walk, with very comfy beds. A good position if you like walking, or a good starting point to drive to all the local sights. Not far from the Cornish Bakery for some lovely pastries with a sea view in the morning.

Pro's: Great location within West Bay, very well equipped house with comfy beds. Con's: Several internal doors would not close and several door handles would come off in your hand. Main con was the overgrown hedges/shrubs obscuring much of the available fabulous view - big shame!
