A ground floor bedroom opens directly on to the patio and garden so why not enjoy a coffee in bed whilst your four-legged friend snuffles amongst the morning dew. Upstairs the twin room boasts its own private roof terrace overlooking the garden, perfect for an evening glass of wine.

What a lovely find. Cottage has great layout and space. Great facilities and very well equiped. Walks straight from the door and easy access to local beach. Great for exploring local area and North Norfolk. Wonderful places to eat and drink also on doorstop.

Lovey cottage with plenty of room, bathrooms very clean, well equipped kitchen, old Hunstanton beach is lovely with the cliffs, holkham hall is a good place to visit, the only downfall is the garden is not secure if you have a dog. I went out with my dog in the garden just in case he got under the hedge.

Property is spacious and perfectly located for a beautiful beach. However our holiday was ruined by the fact there was a leak in the upstairs bedroom ceiling! Lots of other issues- there is no accessible balcony as advertised, doorbell doesn't work, several curtains falling down, rusty kitchenware, tatty furniture and generally lots of wear and Read moretear like stains across carpets, dirty windows. Upstairs was dusty, although downstairs clean. Very upset with response of agent who just left us to it.

"We are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced on holiday, the caretaker for this property has been advised and is looking into rectifying the problem."

A very comfortable, spacious house and a lovely garden for playing, or sitting. Plenty of kitchen and tableware although you may need to bring large casseroles and trays if you intend to cook. Very handy for the beach.
