What an incredible property. Plenty of space for a large family gathering. All rooms spacious and well presented. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the outside space was incredible for the kids. Only a short walk from the centre of Appleby. Especially enjoyed the wildlife in the grounds.

Second visit to Beechcroft for family birthday get together and it was as memorable as the first. Such a beautiful home and gardens to explore. Would love to come back a third time but see that it has just gone up for sale (the day we left) :-(. Maybe if I win the lottery I can make that dream happen

An historic listed property, with good sized rooms. The walls look recently painted, nice new cushions in the children's bunk rooms. Throws and rugs in various rooms are a nice touch. The kitchen is a generous space with an excellent variety of pans - lots of crockery and cutlery but no provisions, not even a teabag. The sitting room is dark.
