Very tired property with many issues. Contacted office with list of issues. They thanked us for informing them although stated the owner was already aware if some issues before our stay. When I responded asking for some action they ignored. As a result we left the property a day early and am still awaiting a response. Very disappointing service.Read more

Good location for the Norfolk coast. Parking is quite tight and shared with another cottage. Cottage was a bit tired, especially the kitchen. Only a small under counter fridge with ice box for potentially 6 visitors. Not really adequate. Disappointing that its graded 4 stars by Holiday cottages, we have stayed in better.

Cute cottage, nice downstairs and comfy bedrooms. Parking area very small though; we had to park our car on the road when the neighbours shared the drive and the garden area is literally the table with very limited space around it so outdoors much smaller than expected. Good central location.

Lilac Cottage is a lovely, clean, well equipped house. The welcome pack was lovely, thank you. We have recommended better directions as it is difficult to locate at first. Our main reason to visit was to access the beaches and RSPB Titchwell, which is (almost!) walking distance away.
