Sleeping five guests across three beautiful bedrooms and with two canine companions welcome too, this is the perfect property for a family and their four-pawed members looking to stay on the glorious North Norfolk Coast.

The cottage is immaculate inside, with its original character details lovingly restored and complemented by soft pastel shades highlighted with the occasional splash of colour. Outside the pretty cottage garden is idyllic and offers an enclosed space for your four-footed friend to snuffle about in safety.

Nearby Blakeney Nature Reserve and the North Norfolk Coastal Path offer miles of waggy-tailed walks to enjoy before a lunchtime pint in Wiveton’s dog-friendly pub. Seal-spotting boat trips are available at Blakeney and well-behaved dogs are welcome, so there is no need to leave your canine companion at home. Further along the coast, beautiful Holkham Beach (11 miles) is a paradise for dogs, with soft golden sand backed by pine trees to play on and explore. The lovely town of Sheringham (8 miles) is home to beautiful Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall, both of which offer plenty of opportunities for exercising your four-legged friends.

Lovely cottage in great location for discovering Norfolk. The cottage is well fitted out with thought gone in to providing everything you need. Beds and bed linen really comfortable and a great welcome pack. A lovely break for us all. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom being perfect for my elderly parents.

We had a lovely week here. The cottage feels like a real home in the best way, welcoming and comfortable, with everything you need, and without clutter or any of the generic IKEA style of many rentals. The parking space is a bit tight but its easy to park on the street outside. The kitchen is small, with an under counter fridge, but it has everythiRead moreng you might need. Passing through the neighbours gardens is no problem - theyre friendly. The pretty garden is off to the side of the cottage. Hide

Really disappointed with the cleanliness of the cottage. Carpets & sofas really grubby. Cupboards a mess and no storage for guests food. The entrance is awkward & its stretching it to offer a parking space as its very tight & very close to other cottage. Location is good but the cottage needs a really good deep clean & sort. Also there was buildingRead more work adjacent to the cottage which started at 7.30 am when we visited. We felt over 800 for 6 nights was costly for the property. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your experience and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. Hide

Loved the idyllic location! A beautiful quaint cottage with glorious views and garden. It felt very welcoming and fully equipped. Charming neighbours and a good pub, 5 min walk! The downstairs bedroom lovely with access to the garden. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cottage, lovely location, ale in the local pub was delicious. Yes you need to approach your front door via other peoples gardens but they were both super friendly, especially Charlie nextdoor who was an utter delight.

This is a fantastic location for visiting the coast at Cley and Blakeney, both walkable from the cottage. The Wiveton Bell is awesome and dog friendly. The cottage itself is comfortable and reasonably well equipped. The downstairs bathroom includes a walk in shower cubicle in addition to a bath - handy if one or a couple cannot access upstairs. TheRead more two bedrooms are spacious - a double downstairs and triple (double and single) upstairs. Note, the WiFi details are different to that in the book. Hide

Cottage is lovely, but access from the road and across the neighbours gardens is a challenge if you are unsteady on your feet.
