Steps lead from the path at the back of the cottage up to a raised lawn which has wonderful views over the Purbeck hills. Safely fenced off from the steep slope above the path, take your morning cup of tea out to the fresh morning air whilst your doggy gets to stretch his legs on the lawn.
Located between Weymouth (15 miles) and Swanage (16.5 miles), the village of West Lulworth is perfect for exploring the Isle of Purbeck. Walk through the countryside and discover Lulworth Cove (1 mile), and the natural arch of Durdle Door (1.5 miles). The magnificent Lulworth Castle is a little way inland (3 miles). For exceptional views, head to Ringstead Bay (11.5 miles) and Kimmeridge Bay (8.5 miles), and further afield are the market town of Dorchester (13 miles) and seaside resort of Bournemouth (22 miles).
