Watch Hill lies just 2 miles away, and the serene shores of Bassenthwaite Lake (14 miles) are a must for soaking up the views and enjoying the wildlife. For those partial to a tipple, the Lakes Distillery is positioned at the northern reaches of the lake and offers dog-friendly areas such as the courtyard dining area.
