We've stayed in this cottage before and it's perfect for a family with 2 dogs. Walks on your doorstep and good local pubs and shops plus a very dog friendly garden. Will hopefully stay there again.

Have been here several times and will be back. Although looking a bit tired in places now, Sandpiper is still our choice for a comfortable and relaxed stay in North Norfolk.

Great location for this lovely part of Norfolk. Lovely welcome pack, house on bus route and right by great walking and good pubs. Had everything we needed but house is a bit tired in parts. Enclosed garden great for small kids. One bathroom with 1 w/c so not great for larger groups.

The location cant be beaten. The cottage was immaculate and well equipped. I think one bathroom with loo inside it could be an issue if there were 6 guests staying but for the 4 of us it was fine. Plenty of hot water too although impossible to wash long hair due to weak water pressure although the shower head was replaced a soon as we asked. Sadly Read moreit made little difference! Hide

Great location in Brancaster Staithe close to the CoastLiner bus route and the CrabHut which does pots of various sea food or sub rolls yummy. The property was clean but could do with a refresh. The property is best described as functional. It's not terrible, but would benefit from much better cleaning, the availability of a working vacuum cleaner, the paintwork being refreshed and cleaned, the living room seating being replaced. All rooms had cobwebs and spiders in most corners and all rooms had cracked plaster. Although the cutlery itselRead moref seemed clean, the plastic drawer in which it sat was not. Perfection isn't required but a greater level of care is. Towels and bedding were fine. Response from holidaycottges.co.uk: Thank you for your review. This cottage needs an upgrade. There is not enough seating for 6 people and no wardrobe in the double bedroom, only a hanging rail with a minimal amount of hangers. The chairs need a deep clean or replacing, one being very worn. The coffee table looks like it was found washed up on the beach, having splits and holes in it. The shower head support rRead moreail is loose and there is no blind or extractor fan in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There is a colony of ants in the conservatory. Needs some TLC.
