We loved the cottage and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and the arrival tray (including sweets!) was very welcome, as well as the pods for the coffee machine, biscuits and the lovely apple juice. The cottage is thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable beds, good lighting for reading by in the living room and bedrooms. It is very usRead moreeful having a downstairs toilet in addition. Excellent and easy parking so close to the town centre. Hide

Excellent location with car parking. House has good facilities with Holt being well served for eating as well as take-aways. Great for access to countryside walks as well as nearby beaches. Our third stay at No 11 and won't be the last.

Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to High Street & seven minutes to Spout Hills where we walked our dog. Dog gate available to install, which was appreciated. Good size enclosed garden for dog to chase ball. Ample car parking space. High speed internet, which worked well with Wi-Fi calling on our mobile phones. Will certainly book again.

Great location and very clean but somewhat soulless house and garden. Shower was useable but does need upgrading. Lounge furniture looks a bit different but was not comfortable.

What a delightful cottage. In a quiet cul de sac and close to Holt high street which was a wonderful place too. Close to lots of places to visit. Really enjoyed it.

The cottage is in an excellent location for exploring Holt and the North Norfolk countryside and seaside. It has spacious rooms, with a well equipped kitchen. The garden is large and very secure for dogs. The front of the cottage has ample car parking. Unlike some guests, we had no problems with the shower.

Fabulous location, a few minutes walk into Holt, with its great shops, restaurants & pubs. Lovely local walks for our dog as well. The cottage is very comfortable, well equipped, nice furnishings. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. However, the bathroom does let it down, the shower is very intermittent, with low pressure, even though we followedRead more the instructions. The towels provided were too small! Overall the cottage is lovely & spacious for 4 , great secure garden for our dog. Hide

Lovely location, close to town, 5 mins walk. Quiet road, plenty off road parking. Several places to eat, we chose The feathers, which we've visited before, dog friendly. Favourite places Hunstanton, shopping, lovely beach, bowling green. North Walsham, friendly bit old fashioned but quaint.
