A very comfortable, well equipped cottage with plenty of room for 4 of us and a dog. The conservatory was so useful to come into to remove muddy boots, wet clothing and drying the dog, but also lovely to sit in with a cuppa looking at the beautiful outlook. I absolutely loved this house. The best thing was sitting in the sun lounge after a day out walking with the sun shining in and looking at the view. The location was just a few minutes walk from Hawkshead shops/restaurant/chippy which was handy. Also great to find a place in this location that has car parking. Would definitely go back.

Lovely comfortable cottage with such beautiful views. Perfect location for exploring the many lakes. Only a short walk to the village which has some great shops, pubs & restaurants. The Little Ice Cream Shop is the best! Short drive to Coniston & Windermere where we hired a boat & a kayak. Would definitely recommend this cottage.
