Located in the heart of St Ives, this three-storey townhouse is fab for a Cornish getaway for groups of up to eight and their faithful companions. It sits in a central raised spot in the seaside town, with sandy strolls, cliffside adventures and great dining all within 0.5 miles. While some local beaches have dog restrictions in place, the popular Bamaluz Beach is dog friendly all year round, setting you up for a fun-filled trip.

This luxurious home has plenty of space for large groups and doggies to relax, starting with the main lounge which offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a toasty wood burner for tired dogs to snooze next to. The open-plan kitchen/diner has a sleek central island and direct access to the garden, so your pets can come and go as you cook up family feasts. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor – a double with an en-suite shower room and a super-king with an en-suite bathroom (complete with freestanding bath) and dressing room. The second floor features two king-size bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. A separate family bathroom completes this floor. Outside, the enclosed, raised garden is a brilliant space for dogs to sniff, play and snooze while you grill some seafood on the BBQ. Please note that access to the garden involves some external steps, which may not suit guests with limited mobility. Two parking permits are included for a nearby car park. Vehicle Registration Numbers will be required prior to arrival for parking use.

Got pups who love a long roam? Join the scenic South West Coast Path (0.5 miles) and take pretty walks along to local beauty spots like Clodgy Point (1 mile), a dramatic headland with gorgeous views, and the neighbouring resort, Carbis Bay (1.5 miles).
