An ideal hideaway for families and groups of friends, the elegantly furnished property also has ample space for a pair of canine companions to join you in exploring the tranquil Seven Bays. Situated in the picturesque village of St Merryn, this stylishly updated hideaway features a welcoming wood burner, a soothing hot tub and a generous garden, providing a fabulous backdrop for walkers, beach lovers, water sports fans and four-pawed pals enjoying a well-earned break

The spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is perfect for everyone to get together to socialise and unwind in. The lounge has a Smart TV and sumptuous seating, alongside a light-filled dining area with a lovely central dining table. A breakfast table is over by the beautifully organised, fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen, there’s a sweet snug with a Smart TV, karaoke machine and a sofa bed for two children. Another separate lounge has ample seating and a wood burner. The ground floor also features a refreshing bathroom and two stylish super-king-size bedrooms. Two further en-suite super-king-size bedrooms are upstairs. From the main living area, bifold doors lead into an enclosed garden with a hot tub, a heated shower and an extensive lawn perfect for pet dogs to roam around and explore. Private off-road parking is available for six cars.

St Merryn lies along the Trevose Head Heritage Coast, with miles of breathtaking walks to enjoy with your pets. Dogs are welcome at many of the local beaches, including those at Treyarnon, Constantine and Harlyn, all within 2 miles. Nearby Padstow (3 miles) has a wealth of popular seafood restaurants, with boat trips from the harbour.

Beautifully appointed house, everything was high quality. The two upstairs bedrooms are en-suite, the two ground floor bedrooms are next to a full bathroom and separate toilet. Very useful utility room with door to garden which is opposite the hot tub so quick and easy access. The garden is huge and a rotary line tucked in somewhere would havRead moree been useful. Absolutely no shortage of kitchen storage, equipment, crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils etc. It was a really nice touch that on arrival there was a selection of treats both in the fridge and on the counter. St Merryn lovely village, pub with good food, fabulous bakery, garage, small food store and a great practically get anything shop Harlyn beach is a short drive away, perfect for a quick visit without having to plan a huge trip. A bonus when you have toddlers who will only nap in their cots. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again when staying in the area. Hide

What an amazing house. We had a fantastic stay and have stayed in a different cottage every year but this is the first time we all said we would like to stay here again. Location was perfect and house was set up perfectly especially for our multi generation family
