Take Bella with you to explore the magnificent Peak District from this elegant, group retreat in Buxton. Sleeping 12 guests and welcoming two canine companions, the three-storey, six-bedroom period house offers exquisite accommodation that’s ideal for a large group. Wander less than 0.5 miles for a stroll through the ornate Pavilion Gardens with your delighted dog then return to relax together in the enclosed courtyard.
Step into the hall to discover beautifully finished accommodation that still boasts some original, period features. Let Bella rest her weary paws on the rug in the lounge while you recline on the velvet sofa to gaze through the bay window or watch the Smart TV. Call her into the contemporary kitchen at dinnertime, then whip up something tasty for everyone else with the Derbyshire produce you have sourced in town. Congregate at the table in the dining room for your celebratory dinner. There is also a utility room, plus a family shower room, downstairs. Settle Bella in her bed then climb the stairs to your own rooms. A double, a king-size and a bunk bedroom are on the first floor, together with the family bathroom and a study/snug. Two king-size rooms and a twin are situated on the floor above. Have morning coffee out in the courtyard before taking Bella off for a stroll about town. Private parking is available for one car with additional parking nearby.
Buxton Country Park, less than 1 mile away, is a superb, dog-friendly location, with 100 acres of woodland to explore. Venture 4 miles to follow a trail that will take you past the Chee Dale Stepping Stones and give Bella a chance to paddle in the River Wye if she wishes. Four-legged visitors are also very welcome in the beautiful, parkland grounds and gardens of the impressive Chatsworth House, 15.5 miles away.
