This immaculately presented getaway on Tenby’s seafront provides a tail-wagging escape for pups and people seeking a stay by the sea. Hosting larger groups of extended family or friends and their four-pawed pals, this property sleeps a total of 16 humans and two dogs. A home from home for your canine companions, the accommodation is spacious throughout, allowing plenty of room to position dogs’ beds, bowls, and blankets from home. A handy utility room downstairs provides space to give sandy fur and paws a good wipe down, ideal after a long day of ball games and fetch on the nearby sandy beach.
This ancient townhouse is spread over six storeys, decorated with classic décor and soft colours throughout. Let Fido and Rover stroll throughout the property whilst you relax, with human members of their pack unwinding in the lower ground floor cinema room, the kitchen/diner, or the impressive lounge. Sea views can be enjoyed from multiple rooms in the house, including a couple of the seven bedrooms. At the top of the house, a quadruple bedroom with a table tennis table provides the perfect sleepover space for young ones. Overall, seven bedrooms and six bathrooms ensure plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Let your doggos make the most of the sunshine from the two outdoor spaces – an elevated balcony and the patio/lawn area that offers direct access down to the beach. Parking is available at nearby public car parks within 500 metres.
Whilst North Beach can be accessed via the garden path, you should be aware that a dog ban is in place from May to September. However, those energetic pups won’t miss out on a day on the sand throughout the summer – just head to South Beach (0.5 miles) to find pup-friendly spots year-round. Also within walking distance, Tenby’s wonderful streets offer café culture with plenty of spots to eat outdoors – ideal when visiting with a pup or two in tow.
