The cottage was spotless, spacious and quiet. Our dog loved the large enclosed garden as there was plenty of room for zoomies. The little touches were great like the spa flip-flops to get to the tub and the dog bed and treats. Angi and Hew kept in touch to ensure that there were no issues - it was a great stay

We were lucky enough to stay at this lodge for a full week over Christmas, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the kitchen to the living spaces and bedrooms, everything we needed (and more) was there, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. It was perfect for us and our children, giving us the space, comfort, and warmth we needed to fully enjoy our Christmas week together. The atmosphere was cosy, homely, and festive exactly what you hope for at that time of year. There was even a decorated Christmas tree. The hosts were also fantastic. They were always available if we had any questions or needed anything at all, but never intrusive just genuinely helpful and welcoming. That level of care made the whole experience even better. We couldnt have asked for a better place to spend Christmas, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and family-friendly lodge. Hide
