Your furry friends will be super comfortable in this boutique cottage, which is perfect for a seaside escape for one or two people. After zoomies on the beach or long walks along the coast path, they’ll want to sniff around the garden as you sit back in the swinging chair or sip a sundowner under the oak tree.
Relax with your canine companions in this enticing property, which has a delightfully welcoming, home-from-home atmosphere. It’s a studio-style space, with everything except the bathroom in one large room – though the bedroom is screened by sheer curtains. The bright kitchen includes all the appliances you’ll need for holiday cooking, including a range-style cooker and a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar at a beautiful oak worktop for dining. There’s room on the floor here to pop down your pups’ bowls, and when everyone has eaten, you can stroll over to the lounge area, where plump seating awaits. There’s a Smart TV if you feel like an evening with a favourite movie, your mutts snoozing at your feet. At bedtime, kiss them goodnight and head over to the light and airy king-size bedroom area, where there’s ample storage and patio doors to the garden. There’s also a digital piano – perfect for musical evenings in. A sumptuous bathroom completes this gorgeous interior, featuring a grand, roll-top bath and a separate shower. Outside, there’s a table and chair below the tree on raised decking, as well as a hanging chair and a firepit. In the evenings, sit back under the stars and relax in the wood-fired bath, and take in the lovely sea views. You’ll have private parking for one car.
In Saundersfoot, (0.5 miles) you can wander among the shops and restaurants, perhaps trying some fresh seafood before heading to the beach. When canine restrictions apply in the summer, simply stroll to nearby Glen Beach, which is dog friendly all year round, for a run with your hounds. Another choice for a great walk is the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, offering fabulous scenic views.
