Take your beloved pets for a seaside holiday at this stylish coastal retreat in the heart of Westward Ho! It’s set within a popular holiday park, giving you plenty of space for safe doggie leg stretches, and has gorgeous watery views. For local walks, you’ll be spoilt for choice – stroll along the promenade or join the South West Coast Path (150 metres) and make a beeline for the cliffs. The beach is only 0.5 miles away; during high season, head to the northern end where your pets are welcome all year round.

This reverse-level home has a lovely modern look and feel, with splashes of colour and artistic touches throughout. On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms – one king-size and one twin – both with feature wallpaper and TVs for cosy evenings in. A gleaming family bathroom also features on this floor. Head upstairs to the show-stopping open-plan living area, which has skylights along with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking sea views. Patio doors lead out to your private balcony – a dreamy spot for morning coffee while your pup lounges in the sun. The third bedroom, a king-size bedroom, is tucked away at the rear and has its own en-suite shower room. Outside you’ll have a tap that’s handy for rinsing off sandy paws, wetsuits and surfboards. Private off-road parking is available for one car (permit provided).

There’s so much to do with your pet nearby, with the Northam Burrows Country Park (0.5 miles) ideal for dog walks. Further afield, sniff out the charming fishing village of Appledore (3 miles) and the sandy shores of Instow (5 miles) (some doggie restrictions on the beach in summer). Or follow your pet through the cobbled streets of Clovelly (12 miles) before a spot of lunch in a dog-friendly café.

This house was perfect for our needs. Spacious, bright and airy, spotless and very well supplied with cookware, bakeware and utensils. All the furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. Just a few minutes stroll down to the promenade and 5 minutes walk to local amenities, e.g. Tesco, Spar, pub, fish and chip shop, restaurant. Very relaxing.

A really spacious and lovely cottage with sea views on an amazing location. The window lights make the entire upstairs bright. Lots of space to socialise together as well as 3 good sized bedrooms. The utility room is a real bonus

This was the first time we have been away at Xmas . . We had no need to worry as there were sufficient of everything and we served up a fab Xmas lunch for 5 of us . We did take our air fryer to assist . A beautiful apartment, lovely location and not far from lots of lovely places to visit. We had a lovely time the house exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described in the review. A great place to stay for a multi generational getaway given its layout. I would definitely stay there again.

Great property in a great location. It was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the water. Parking was handy right outside. Four adults and two children stayed here with no problems, we would recommend highly. Westward Ho! has a fantastic beach and great holiday amenities.

I cannot recommend this property enough. We had such a fabulous week. The location is ideal, the view was such a treat and could not have been anymore suitable for a comfortable & cosy stay. Everywhere was spotless and cant fault the care & detail that has gone into this beautiful holiday home. There is plenty to do locally and the walks from the Read moredoor were spectacular. I can also recommend The Pier Hotel, the food was delicious with an incredible view. All in all an unforgettable week away. Get and Book it!!! Hide

This place is stunning the accommodation outstanding , very clean perfectly comfy great views . Only less than a two minute walk to the seafront . The host is Emma is also great lots of information on things to do or relax . Weve stayed in many places but can say this is one of the best .
