Gaze out across the undulating hills of the Scottish Highlands with your happy hound by your side. This exquisite retreat, 2.5 miles from Maryburgh, offers stylish accommodation for couples and their four-legged friend. Bask in the Scottish sunshine and take in the views from your private decking; there is also access to a shared dog exercise area, where the pup can unleash some energy.

Tear yourselves away from the views and climb the steps to the deck with your ecstatic pup behind you. Pull open the glass doors to the lodge and enter to find light-filled accommodation that has been designed to maximise the views. The lounge/kitchen/diner has ample space for you and your delighted dog to relax together after your exciting excursions. Light the wood burner and sink back into the sofa with a glass of wine. Find a film to enjoy on the Smart TV while your pal rests his weary paws and waits patiently for his dinner. The kitchen area is well equipped to enable you to whip up delicious meals you both and you can feed your furry friend here too. Settle him for the night before wandering through to your king-size bedroom for your own sumptuous sleep. There is a shower room where you can refresh yourself before the day’s adventures begin. Take your eager pal to run in the shared exercise area before returning for breakfast on the deck. Cook in the shared BBQ hut in the evening then sit out under the stars There is parking for one car at the lodge.

Venture 5 miles to Marybank to follow the 6-mile route to the Falls of Orrin together. There is also a scenic trail around Rogie Falls, 7.5 miles away, that is also dog-friendly.

A lovely lodge in a quiet location with great view. Friendly and welcoming host. Good spot to explore Black Isle, Inverness and local area.

Lovely stay. Would fully recommend booking here! The cottage is very well equipped, pretty and cozy. Just wish we stayed longer.

The cabins are a credit to the owners. They are extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with quality items. We stayed in cabin number 2 which had a stunning view towards the Black Isle. There is also a barbecue hut and communal area on site. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The cabin was tastefully designed and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept really well in the peaceful surroundings. Early morning sunshine on the deck saw us having breakfast with the birdsong or watching the occasional red kite fly over. Fantastic location and a superb little cabin. Great views and a really clean, modern design for the inside of the cabin. The balcony was great to take in the view with food. The host was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Will absolutely be returning to this place for another holiday soon!
