Ideally situated for beach lovers and water sports fans, this cosy bolthole is also perfect for walkers and nature spotters discovering the magical landscapes and seascapes of this breathtaking corner of North Cornwall.

Entering this bright and airy property, the welcoming hallway leads through to a cheery lounge with a flame-effect electric fire, a Smart TV and ample seating. The ground floor also has a stylishly arranged and fully equipped kitchen/diner. Heading upstairs, you will find a charming bathroom and three bright and cosy bedrooms to choose from: there are two lovely king-size rooms and a soothing twin room. From the lounge, patio doors lead, via a couple of steps down, into the enclosed garden, which features a large patio and a lawn with plenty of space for your pet to enjoy some exercise. To the front of the house, there’s a quiet, shared and gated garden with a relaxing seating area. Private off-road parking is available for one car.

Both Fistral Beach and Crantock Beach are about a mile from the property and are both dog-welcoming throughout the year. Dogs are allowed at Porth Joke and Lusty Glaze, both within 2.5 miles. Newquay has a wealth of great pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops, many of them pet friendly. Your four-legged friend is also welcome at a range of popular attractions inland, including Lappa Valley, the site of Castle an Dinas and the garden at Trerice, all within 13 miles.

Lovely house in a quiet area. Everything you need and a lovely welcome pack. Close to some great walks and also near enough to walk into the town which is ideal. Will definately be booking again.

The house is a great stay, detached 3 bed house which is fully equipped with everything we needed. Great to be able to take pets and an enclosed garden for the dog. Great location, could walk to beach or drive to other Newquay beaches a short drive away. Food is deliverable on just eat to the location. Driveway for 1 car. On a quiet street.
