This spacious family home enjoys an elevated position on the West Wales coastline, nestled between the fishing village of Aberarth and the seaside town of Aberaeron. The stylish retreat sleeps eight guests and two furry pals and suits both large families and groups of friends. Enjoy walks along the Wales Coast Path and the picturesque Ceredigion countryside before returning to your bubbling hot tub to soothe tired muscles.
Leave sandy shoes and dog leads in the porch, before heading into the light-filled holiday home. At the heart of the coastal bolthole is a bright and airy lounge, boasting fabulous views across the open countryside and the coast. Spend time here after a day of adventure, reading a book or watching the Smart TV. Just off the lounge is an impressive kitchen/diner with a large dining table to seat everyone. With hard floors and plenty of space, the kitchen/diner is a good spot for the pups to set up camp. Completing the ground floor is a handy utility room and a twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor, along with the family bathroom. One of the first-floor bedrooms also has an en-suite shower room. Outside, your furry friends can relax in the enclosed patio garden whilst you sip a glass of wine at the bench-style seating or revive your weary legs in the hot tub. The property has private parking for four cars.
Aberaeron (1.5 miles) is a vibrant coastal town with a bustling harbour and a pebble beach that welcomes waggy-tailed visitors all year. The town is full of fascinating boutiques and galleries, and you’ll find a great range of woof-welcoming eateries. After a bite to eat, blow away the cobwebs on a walk along the coast path, being sure to keep an eye out for dolphins playing in the waters below.
