Set in a quiet and car-free corner of Brixham, this delightful cottage makes a fantastic hideaway for families, couples and friends enjoying a peaceful break along the English Riviera. Occupying four floors, the property offers ample space for six guests and a canine companion, providing an ideal retreat for beach lovers, walkers, nature spotters and water sports enthusiasts. Perfectly placed for exploring the idyllic South Devon coast, this fresh, bright and spacious holiday home also features a sweet and relaxing courtyard garden to unwind in after a fantastic day out.

The ground floor features a light and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a Smart TV, central dining table and a fully equipped kitchen area. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor with a utility area, shower room and a cute lounge with bean bags, a sofa and Smart TV, making a snug space for an evening in. From the ground-floor living area, the steep cottage-style staircase leads up to the first floor with two bedrooms: a delightful double and a cosy bunk room, alongside a lovely bathroom. A further steep staircase goes up to the second-floor king-size bedroom, built into the eaves of the house, with low sloping ceilings and harbour views. Outside, the enclosed courtyard garden makes a relaxing spot for you and your pet to sit outside and unwind on a summer’s afternoon. Unallocated parking is available along some of the neighbouring residential streets.

The cottage perches on a steep hill above Brixham, which has a great choice of pet-friendly pubs, cafes and restaurants. The town also has some lovely dog-welcoming beaches, including Shoalstone, Fishcombe Cove, and St Mary’s Bay. Pets are welcome at attractions and landmarks including Berry Head, the Dartmouth Steam Railway, the parkland at Agatha Christie’s Greenway, and Babbacombe Model Village (all within 12 miles).

We visit Brixham multiple times every year, first time in this cottage and it's now my favourite, perfect cental location for bars, eateries and shopping. Extremely comfortable and well presented property with everything required to make the stay enjoyable.

Lovely stay, very clean, plenty of room. all we needed and fab position near harbour!! Would definitely recommend as a place to stay!
