Entering the cottage, you will be greeted by the airy, fully equipped and stylishly designed kitchen/diner with polished wooden flooring, a double-height ceiling and a country-style central dining table. Stairs lead up to the delightful first-floor lounge, with a Smart TV, comfortable seating and skylights set in the sloping ceiling. From here, a door leads out onto a sunny, furnished balcony with wonderful rural views. Returning to the ground floor, there’s an elegant shower room, and you will have a choice of two cosy and tastefully decorated bedrooms: a cheery twin and a pretty king-size room which is reached via a few steps and has a handy en-suite shower room. Outside, the garden is enclosed, with a patio, furniture and a large lawn, providing a great space for your pet to roam as you dine alfresco. There’s private parking for two cars, and storage space for bikes, paddleboards and outdoor equipment.
The seaside town of Tywyn (6 miles) is known for its long promenade, independent shops and sandy dog-friendly beach (with some seasonal restrictions). Dogs are also welcome on the beaches at Aberdyfi (9 miles) and Llwyngwril (4 miles), with pet-welcoming attractions inland including the Talyllyn Railway, Castell y Bere and Llyn Mwyngil, all within 12 miles.
