The white, fitted kitchen has a large island with a breakfast bar which is adjacent to a wooden dining table. Three steps lead down to a colourful and airy lounge/garden room with a vaulted, beamed ceiling and sofas surrounding a Smart TV and wood burner. There is also a small breakfast room, utility room with a wet room plus a king-size bedroom with an en-suite on the ground floor. Climb the stairs to reach a family bathroom, an en-suite triple room for children and three contemporary king-size bedrooms – one with an en-suite, a dressing room and a large balcony. Outside is a wraparound garden with a lawn, patio, furniture and a BBQ. There’s parking for five cars on the driveway.
While staying in the village of Trevone you can pop to the local farm shop to pick up dinner party ingredients. Head towards the seafront for a dip or a dig in the sand at Trevone Bay (0.5 miles) or if you’d prefer, Trevone Natural Sea Pool is 0.5 miles away. The South West Coast Path stretches from Bedruthan (7.5 miles) to Padstow (2 miles) past secluded beaches and viewpoints. In Padstow, you can dine out at the independent seafood restaurants, spend an evening at the bars or hire a bicycle for the Camel Trail.
