Climb the stairs to reach the first floor with a family bathroom, a twin room and a king-sized bedroom with an en-suite. Outside is a manicured lawn, patio and furniture plus a pond nearby. You’re also free to roam the 6.5 acres of land with a tennis court shared with neighbouring properties.
While away your time in the peaceful countryside in South Devon with an abundance of scenic walking routes all around you. Visit the handy wine shop which is just 0.5 miles away or take a picnic to the botanical Fast Rabbit Farm Gardens (1 mile). The closest beach is Blackpool Sands (1 mile) – which is canine-friendly between October and March. If you’re visiting in summer, head to the fine shingle Strete Gate Beach (3 miles) for a splash in the sea with Fido as there are no restrictions there. From this beach, you can also follow the South West Coast Path to Slapton Sands (4 miles) and Slapton Ley.
