The cottage had plenty of room and the bedding and towels were spotless. Furniture items needed a deep clean and are looking tired although comfortable. floor mats needed replacing. Good location. Ideal for trips out and about.

Great location and lots of lovely walks and footpaths close by and a nice walk to the beach. Recommended the boardwalk on the Norfolk coast trail to the beach or neighbouring Brancaster Staithe. Suitable for prams too. Bungalow was nice but did need a good hoover when we got there and quite dusty throughout. On a lovely quiet small estate, and a stones throw from the main coast road, this cottage is perfectly situated. Beds were comfortable, and bedrooms were spacious. It was lovely to come back from a day out to a lovely warm property. Really enjoyed our stay, even though it was only for a few days.
