The apartment was clean and in excellent order. I stayed with elderly parents who both have compromised mobility and the description of the accommodation was accurate and perfect for them. Beds were comfy and the patio garden was safe and secure for my dog. We would definitely consider staying here again. This ground floor apartment is ideally located within a 5-10 minute walk into town and the sea front. It is located near the main road into Swanage but little road noise could be heard as the apartment is well soundproofed. The apartment itself is well maintained, clean and well equipped. The apartment was cold on arrival, heating was totally switched off. Took 2 days to warmup. Had to move single beds to find something both underneath areas were dirty, cobwebs at side of wardrobe. If the ownees, indeed if i, paid a cleaning fee it should be refunded

Instructions mention leaving the second set of keys when vacating, but no second set were found, only the ones in the keylock. A big sign on the back of the front door about being respectful to the other flat owners. Maybe put one up advising the flat owners to do the same with those staying for a few days. Yes, they were noisy at night.

Lovely flat, location close to seafront & town centre was good. The highlight was being close to the railway, where we could hear the trains & smell the smoke, which was a trip back to our childhood. Would highly recommend this property

A cosy clean well equipped flat which was central to Swanage, off road parking is essential for us so this ticked all the boxes, the garden was beautiful too so would definitely recommend Wye Knot
