Sleeping 12 guests, the stylish, six-bedroom retreat is situated in picturesque surroundings near Winnard’s Perch, 7.5 miles from Padstow and 10.5 miles from Newquay. With access to lakeside and country walks that your pet will adore, the people in your party will also love their private hot tub and games room, plus shared on-site facilities including a swimming pool and gym.

Enter at first-floor level to find two of your wonderful bedrooms are here. The remaining four are on the floor above. All these bedrooms can either be made up as super-king-sizes or twins, depending on your preference at booking. Four have en-suite shower rooms and two have en-suite bathrooms, with spa baths. Let your furry friend join you in the games room on the first floor as you challenge each other to table tennis or relax on the balcony. Most of his time, however, will be spent downstairs in the capacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This spectacular space is simply perfect for your large group and their canine companion. Prepare delicious meals in the chic kitchen and dine at the large table or breakfast bar, while your delighted dog also makes himself at home. Pull the glass doors back on summer days and unwind on the sofa seating beside the Smart TV as he dozes on the rug or savours the fresh air. Take in the magnificent scenery from the patio. Cook on the BBQ or bubble in the hot tub with your canine companion close by. There is parking for three cars.

Plan a day out to Fistral Beach, 13 miles away, where the surf is superb and happy hounds can join you at any time. Treyarnon Bay, 8 miles away, is another great dog-friendly beach.

Nice place with great amenities needs a bit of maintenance, but served our purpose and a good time was had

The house was perfect for the people who stayed. The option of twin or double rooms was invaluable. It is situated in a quiet part of the site with lovely views from the top two floors and ample parking. It is near many beautiful beaches only a short car ride away. I would definitely recommend this house but be aware that cleanliness was not a prioRead morerity. Hide

Great for large gatherings, having 6 en-suite bedrooms meant that everyone could get ready in their own time. The Xmas tree was a nice addition.

The house is perfect for large groups. Kitchen is well equipped, besides tge built-in fridge there is a large fridge freezer in tge utility room. Great house but everywhere we wanted to go was a taxi ride. Loved the house

A well equipped, large property in a great location. Having six bedrooms each with their own bathroom is very rare and a big advantage. The on-site swimming pool, gym and club house is great. Having said this we were there outside the main season so wasnt busy. If I was to visit this area Id have no problem is booking again

Great house in a great location. It suited 6 women of varying ages well. Comfortable beds and good showers. We enjoyed a meal in the on-site restaurant one evening. Would stay again in the future.

Very disappointed generally as such an expensive rental. Never sent an inventory to know what to expect. When we arrived found property had no normal kitchen products. Wed organised a food delivery as it was self catering, but never expected to have to provide kitchen basics - paper towels, cling film, dishwasher tablets etc. In fact if you can thiRead morenk of anything youd turn to at home it would not be there. Easier to list what was there. 3 dishwasher tablets, but no rinse aid which hadnt been topped up so dishwasher didnt work properly after first couple of days. One tea towel, but no kitchen towel, one Jay cloth. Dish soap (but no surface cleaner). Enough table salt for a single portion of chips, 8-10 sachets of milk (some out of date) a few tea bags and very small jar of coffee. Reporting to the caretaker was hopeless. Some beds were saggy and uncomfortable, quilts too high a tog for the very hot weather. Alternatives requested but not available. No outdoor towels for hot tub, which was cold on arrival day and couldnt be used until day 2. - Felt unloved and uncared for. Hide

Beautiful property, great location. The house is huge and great for families. Beds were very comfortable and the pressure from the shower in my bathroom was brilliant. Its the small things as Im getting older. Would definitely return.
