Had a wonderful stay at Ty Isa. The cottage was clean and cosy, and the garden was perfect for our escape artist beagle! The pub next door couldnt have been in a better location and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at local pub The Bryntirion Inn - well worth the 15 minute drive. The cottage is small, nay cosy. It could sleep four, but is better suited to two young parents with children than two elderly couples. Having said that, it is pretty comfortable, and in the ideal location to explore much of North Wales. The pub next door is wonderful, and its staff even more so. Be aware that the bedrooms are upstairs (11 stepsRead more) and the WC and all other services are downstairs. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Hide

This is a lovely little cottage tucked away in a quiet spot just off the main street, and is a perfect place to stay with pets. We stayed with our two dogs, and they especially loved the garden. The rooms are all nicely decorated and clearly a lot of thought has gone into the decor. The place is well-appointed and was very clean and tidy. Dau Ty Isa is a lovely cottage in a beautiful location very near Lake Bala and the beauty of the Welsh countryside. Very friendly neighbours. We met the owner Oliver who was very helpful. Would love to go back again and explore more of Cymru.
