This spacious holiday home enjoys a peaceful setting on the Norfolk coast in the charming village of Mundesley. The property, which boasts two reception areas and a large garden, sleeps six guests and two canine buddies. It’s perfect for families and friends looking for a seaside getaway with the village’s paw-friendly beach just 1 mile away.

Leave walking boots in the hallway before heading through to the stunning lounge/kitchen/diner. This open-plan space features exposed beams, flagstone flooring and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside through floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s ample space with two lounge areas, one with a Smart TV and the other with a cosy wood burner. Prepare delicious feasts for the group in the impressive kitchen and throw open the patio doors allowing the pups to potter in and out to the garden. A family bathroom completes the ground floor. From the main living area, a statement staircase leads up to two gorgeous bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. The final bedroom – a cosy super-king-size – is positioned on a mezzanine floor above the living space and is reached via a ladder. This room has restricted head height in some areas. Outside, a fabulous garden envelops the property. There’s a large lawn and a choice of seating/dining areas, including a south-facing patio. Please note, there is a shallow brook at the bottom of the garden, and children must be supervised at all times. Private parking for four cars is available on the driveway.

Mundesley is a delightful Victorian village, with a long promenade and a row of colourful beach huts. The village has a good range of independent eateries, as well as ice cream parlours and fish and chip shops. A number of long-distance walking trails pass through the village, including the Paston Way, which weaves amongst Norfolk’s fascinating medieval churches. From Mundesley, it’s easy to spend the day on the Broads.

We had a wonderful stay! The pup loved racing around the large, private garden. The house was so nicely decorated and brilliantly equipped, we loved the BBQ. Such a fabulous location and everything you could need to enjoy a lovely coastal getaway.

We had a lovely holiday with our relatives from Australia and our 2 little dogs. The property is great, very clean and peaceful with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside and garden. Just a short car ride into Mundesley and close to many other towns and villages in North Norfolk.

What a fabulous house! We had a week here with 6 adults and 2 dogs and loved it. The downstairs space is great with 3 different table and chair areas and a large sitting room, all open plan. The large windows at the back of the house give great views onto the garden and fields beyond. The garden goes all around the house which was great for the dogRead mores. Again, multiple seating areas which allow full enjoyment of the weather and views. We were greeted by a welcome basket of goodies and even 2 bowls filled with water waiting for the dogs. Really lovely place, well situated for exploring the area. Hide

The barn was lovely. The only thing i would highlight to potential guests is that the 3rd bedroom is accessed via a ladder which was OK for my 32 year old son but some people might be hesitant in putting children up there.
