Leave walking boots in the hallway before heading through to the stunning lounge/kitchen/diner. This open-plan space features exposed beams, flagstone flooring and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside through floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s ample space with two lounge areas, one with a Smart TV and the other with a cosy wood burner. Prepare delicious feasts for the group in the impressive kitchen and throw open the patio doors allowing the pups to potter in and out to the garden. A family bathroom completes the ground floor. From the main living area, a statement staircase leads up to two gorgeous bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. The final bedroom – a cosy super-king-size – is positioned on a mezzanine floor above the living space and is reached via a ladder. This room has restricted head height in some areas. Outside, a fabulous garden envelops the property. There’s a large lawn and a choice of seating/dining areas, including a south-facing patio. Please note, there is a shallow brook at the bottom of the garden, and children must be supervised at all times. Private parking for four cars is available on the driveway.
Mundesley is a delightful Victorian village, with a long promenade and a row of colourful beach huts. The village has a good range of independent eateries, as well as ice cream parlours and fish and chip shops. A number of long-distance walking trails pass through the village, including the Paston Way, which weaves amongst Norfolk’s fascinating medieval churches. From Mundesley, it’s easy to spend the day on the Broads.
