Take your pup to dip his paws in the salty water at pretty coves and beautiful bays from this Isle of Wight retreat. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom hideaway enjoys an enviable position at Ventnor, where it captures far-reaching sea views. Return from coastal walks with your pet to bask in the sunshine of the front garden and gaze out towards the horizon.

Make your way up 24 steps with your cheerful chum wagging his tail behind you. Tear yourselves away from the commanding views to enter via the glass-fronted hall. Brush sandy paws and leave dog leads in here, before heading on through to the lounge/diner. Let your paw-some pal find himself a corner to curl up in while you unwind on the comfortable seating and stream your current boxset on the Smart TV. Take him through to the kitchen to serve him his dinner and prepare a tasty meal for yourselves too. Dine at the table in the main room, while your furry friend daydreams about his Isle of Wight adventures. A family shower room is also located downstairs. When you are ready to retire for the night, make your way up to the first floor where your two lovely bedrooms are situated. Wake up to superb sea views in either room. The double bedroom also benefits from an en-suite bathroom. Take your pet for a morning stroll then return to sip your coffee in the front garden before heading out. Parking for this cottage is on the street, subject to availability.

Venture less than 1 mile down to Steephill Cove, which is dog friendly all year round. The beach at Bonchurch also welcomes happy hounds at any time. Picturesque Ventnor Botanic Garden, also less than 1 mile away, is also a popular place to visit with pups.

Lovely cosy cottage, but must be prepared to climb quite a few steps to reach the property. A car essential to get around as lots of fairly steep hills just to get to the shops. Not always able to park right outside the property.

The Woodstock is located by the hill of Ventnor, the house has a garden with great view. The location was very convenient to travel to many places IOW. We sensed much hospitality and kindness and effort to make the accommodation fun and decorative. Having that said it will be better to have more thorough cleaning. And also that people who will bRead moree staying should be aware that the house is tilted, so you may feel the tiltedness when you spend your time inside, which could be somewhat uncomfortable unless you are used to it.
