This cheerful hideaway lies in the peaceful village of Melsonby and features comfortable furnishings, tasteful decor and a delightful courtyard garden for you to unwind in after a fabulous day discovering the area’s unforgettable landscapes, quaint villages and historic sites.

Entering this quaint and appealing annexe, you will be greeted by the cheery open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, stylishly arranged and decorated in light, relaxing neutral shades. The cosy lounge has a Smart TV and comfortable seating, with a sweet dining table to one side, and a fully equipped kitchen along the far wall. When it’s time to retire for the night, the light and sophisticated bedroom has a beautiful double bed and a refreshing en-suite shower room. Outside, the pretty enclosed courtyard has garden furniture and provides a lovely space for you to sit out and dine alfresco with your pet snoozing contentedly in the shade. Private parking is available for one car.

Melsonby lies within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales National Park (7 miles) and the North Pennines National Landscape (15 miles), both offering miles of breathtaking walking trails for you to enjoy with your pets. The historic market town of Richmond (5.5 miles) is home to pet-friendly sites including the remains of Easby Abbey and the peaceful Rund Howe and Billy Bank Woods trail. Barnard Castle is to the northwest (13 miles), with pets also welcome to help you explore Raby Castle, Park and Gardens to the north (15 miles).

rosebank cottage was beautful, well equipped for every you need. cottage is very comfortable, great location for travelling to other parts of yorkshire. this cottage is highly reccommend.
