Like everywhere in Cornwall, you’re never far from the scenic coast, with dog-friendly beaches like Hannafore Beach within 15 miles. Cadsonbury Castle (4.5 miles) is fab for dog walks – this peaceful woodland within the Lynher Valley has lovely riverbank walks and a hillfort with far-reaching views. The 11-mile walk from Liskeard to Looe is also fab for energetic pubs. Polperro (16 miles) has a dog-friendly beach, and Hallwood Beach in Polruan (22 miles) also welcomes your furry friend.
