Plush sofas, a Smart TV, and a selection of games make this the perfect spot to unwind while Fido curls up and dreams of catching Eastbourne’s feline residents. An absolutely beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and really tastefully appointed. Christina, the owner, was lovely and very kindly left tasty provisions for us on arrival. She let us know in advance that an early check out was not necessary which allowed us extra time to enjoy Eastbourne. The property is excellent and Christina could not have been more helpful. It is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. The parking space is a real bonus as street parking is almost non-existant and the apartment is within easy walking distance of the attractions of Eastbourne. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked for longer!

This smart apartment is a perfect place for a restorative get away. Around the corner from the Towner Art Gallery and world famous Lawn Tennis Club, and near to Pierre's Bistro and wonderful promenade. With free parking space and quick walk into Eastbourne town centre, it is perfect.

The Beech is clean,spacious and in a great location,parking is a bonus too We had a lovely stay with our dog,close to town with plenty of shops,cafes and pubs,5 minute walk to the beech, public transport close by to explore other places.

This apartment is amazing. First of all its super clean, its so big and light, its absolutely wonderful. Added bonus is that the owner, Christina, is just upstairs, so if youve got a problem, which we didnt because everything is carefully thought out, shes not too far away. The location is great, its within walking distance of the beach, train statRead moreion, shops and some great restaurants, Morgans being one. Eastbourne is great, the sight seeing bus is brilliant taking you out to Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters. Its a great base to use for visiting other places like Brighton, Battle and Hastings. Clearly a well loved and cared for flat. peaceful location and only 5 minutes walk into town centre or beach in other direction. Vey clean and well presented and felt homely. Will return without giving any thought to look elsewhere. Warm and sunny rooms and good off street parking facility.

Where do I begin? lets just say we did not want to leave Christinas beautiful home!!! We plan to return many times as we LOVED The Beech SOOOO much! The location is perfect to the seafront, to the shops...to the buses..to the trains...restaurants...there is nothing negative to say. You can walk everywhere..you do not need to use a car! Upon Read morearrival Christina had left a lovely loaf of bread..fresh farm eggs...butter.... The kitchen was well stocked and she was a lovely lady to chat with..warm and engaging. I stayed with my mother...we had a wonderful time together.....bright sunny and cozy accommodation...... everyday I was out the door at 0600am to take an early morning walk along the seafront..to Holy well.....back to the Pier...tea at the Beach cafe....pick up a newspaper at Carlisles newsagents and back to the Beech We HIGHLY recommend Christinas beautiful home....you will NOT be disappointed This lovely home has everything you would need!! A light, roomy and warm first floor flat. Great location, just 10 mins walk to the beach (and public gardens for dog exercise), and 10 mins walk to the town centre. Private driveway to a useful parking space for one car. No outside space/garden area other than the gravel driveway, which may be more of a summer issue. Very comfortable and with everything you could need supplied, the owners were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend this as a great place to stay in Eastbourne.
