You can settle back and relax in the light and elegant lounge (reached via three steps down) with a Smart TV and wood burner, or in the quiet and colourful snug with a wood burner and a range of artwork. There are five charming bedrooms: a king-size room and two doubles on the first floor, and two twins on the second floor. Four refreshing bathrooms and shower rooms are spread across the upper floors. Outside, the front patio makes a pleasant spot for a BBQ. A delightful secret garden lies behind the house, reached via steps from the first floor. This is a lovely spot to sit with your dog, surrounded by shrubs and trees. Private parking is available for three cars.
Close to the River Artro, the property lies a mile from the picturesque village of Llanbedr which has a couple of pubs and shops and is known for its natural plunge pool. Dogs are permitted at nearby beaches such as Shell Island, Llandanwg and Harlech, all within 4 miles, and in the ruins of Harlech Castle and Cymer Abbey (both within 17 miles).
