The annexe features a welcoming country-style kitchen/diner with a central dining table and a kitchen full of useful equipment and storage space. The stylish shower room is also on the ground floor. Stairs lead directly into the snug and tastefully furnished first-floor lounge. Occupying the whole of the main wall, large windows offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside, which you can admire from the comfort of the relaxing sofas. The room also features a Smart TV and skylights set in the sloping ceiling. Heading through, the king-size bedroom offers further rural views via the skylight. Outside, the shared wildflower meadow is enclosed, offering plenty of space for your canine friend to roam freely. The meadow has a pond, and seasonally offers a diverse range of dragonflies, butterflies and birdlife. There’s a picnic table perfect for settling back and taking in the views towards Snowdonia. Private off-road parking is available.
The property is surrounded by glorious countryside with the northern reaches of Snowdonia to the west (8 miles), offering wonderful walks and trails for you and your pet to follow. The north coast of Wales has several pet-friendly beaches within 5 miles, including Colwyn Bay and Conwy. Dogs are welcome at the picturesque Conwy Water Gardens (6.5 miles).
