This two-bedroom, single-storey cottage in the picturesque village of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight’s west coast is the ideal getaway for small families and their four-legged friends. With light-filled rooms, a fully enclosed garden and scenic walks to get tails wagging from your doorstep, it’s the perfect setting for exploring with your canine companions.

Inside, the spacious lounge with comfortable seating is the ideal spot to unwind after a long walk. Let your furry friends curl up by your feet as you enjoy a film on the TV or gather around the dining table with seating for four. For added relaxation, step into the sunlit conservatory, where you can take in views of the garden while your pup safely explores. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, with easy-to-clean floors in case of muddy pawprints. When it’s time to rest, choose from two cosy bedrooms: a super-king-size room and a king-size room with its own en-suite cloakroom. There's also a contemporary family bathroom for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. Outside, the enclosed garden is a true haven for dogs with a lawn where they can run freely and a patio area perfect for al fresco dining. For those sandy paws after beach walks, there’s a handy outdoor tap. Private off-street parking for two cars makes this a fantastic base for your Isle of Wight escape.

Less than a mile away, Yarmouth Harbour offers a bustling pier where you and your pup can enjoy a stroll and watch the fishing and sailing boats come and go. The town centre is perfect for a wander, with independent shops, dog-friendly cafes and pet-positive pubs welcoming you and your furry friends. For a family day out, head just half a mile to Fort Victoria Country Park, where your furry friends can join you on nature trails through the woodlands. A really lovely bungalow, spacious and very clean. A perfect location, close to the port and an excellent base for exploring. The rear garden was very private with numerous shrubs and tress and plenty of birdlife - even a red squirrel!

Brilliant bungalow in a great location, within 15-20 mins of Yarmouth, a nature reserve & a beach. Two mins from a dog walk, away from the road in a very quiet area. Excellent level of equipment and spotlessly clean. Hard floors throughout which is great with a dog & a lovely sun/garden room between lounge and garden which was lovely & warm even thRead moreough the temperature outside was colder for the first part of our week. Completely enclosed good size garden - our dog was too interested in the pond initially (we said no enough times for him to get the message). Parking available & loads of info in the house about places to go. A lovely place to stay & Grace very helpful when i asked a question. Would definitely stay again. Hide

We had a wonderful week staying at Linstone Cottage. The location was perfect for the sea, countryside and an easy walk into Yarmouth. Our arrival gift was very enjoyable and there were fresh flowers making it very welcoming. Any issues that we had were responded to immediately in a very satisfactory way. We plan to return as soon as we can. The gaRead morerden was enclosed and therefore excellent for our dog and there was a delightful sitting out area. Hide

Underwhelmed. The property offered the basic equipment. Expect to take dishwasher tablets as these are not provided. We were bitten alive by mosquitos...possibly due to the stagnant pond water. As a result, we couldn't sit in the conservatory as they managed to get in. Couldn't sit outside, but then didn't want to as the garden was in a right statRead moree and in desperate need of a gardener!! So many weeds, and lawn needed a good cut. No excuse really. The area is nice and quiet, neighbour was friendly. Beds comfortable too. Warning to those with mobility issues...no grab rail in shower. Not step free into garden. Hide

We had a great stay here, the size of the property, the enclosed garden and the fabulous walks from the door step were perfect, also helped by the fact we had amazing weather during our stay! The only thing for us was the kitchen which would benefit from a refresh and restock of glasses, mugs, etc.

Lovely garden, and comfy lounge, my husband has limited mobility so found both toilets small and the shower also hard to access. However, the cottage was peaceful and relaxing. Clean and tidy.

Very well presented bungalow, well equipped and very clean and tidy. The walks were amazing and the dogs loved their time there too. Even on a rainy day it was lovely to sit in the large conservatory. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic week in Linstone Cottage. Having the office bed being fully set up and usable was a nice surprise. The cottage is cosy and comfortable with tons of amenities and a great garden for dogs. Our favourite was sitting in the conservatory on a rainy day. Yarmouth is a joy to visit and easy to access by foot or car. Sunbo and DoublRead moree Dragon are brilliant for takeaways. Were in the process of purchasing our own little holiday home in beautiful West Wight otherwise we would absolutely stay again. Can certainly recommend the cottage wholeheartedly Hide
