We had a fantastic stay at Chapel Cottage. It was spotlessly clean, great location with plenty of places to visit and eat within a short drive and a lovely walk along the shore within 10 minutes walk from the cottage. It was cosy and comfortable after a days walking and the welcome pack was second to none. We will definitely be returning

Beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean. All furnishings are of an exceptionally high standard, including kitchen ware and cookware, kitchen a little bit on the small side, but is manageable for a week. Bed was very comfortable, if a little high to climb on to, but slept very well. The Ambilight TV was amazing and we are now in the process of purchasinRead moreg one for ourselves! Beautiful gardens with well established plants and flowers which I very much enjoyed watering every evening. Felixstowe is worth a visit, lovely promenade to walk along. We also enjoyed Nacton Shore for a walk, (it was a bit smelly though as the tide was out when we went and our little cockers feet were black from the mud, but there is an outside hose so we managed to hose her down before entering the cottage) Plenty of high-end supermarkets all within short distance from the cottage, We also went to Thorpeness for the day, also Woodbridge was lovely and Alderburgh was gorgeous! Would definitely recommend this cottage and will definitely return if we decide to visit Suffolk again. Thank you for letting us stay! Hide

This cottage is really well located. Although in a calm rural location, its close to amenities. There,s a fig friendly cafe called CafeFlex just minutes away, and great walks in the village leading to Nacton Foreshore. The Deben group pubs mean there are several pubs within a 10-15 minutes drive that are dog friendly and serve great food.
