Clean, well equipped, comfortable, quiet, welcoming & just as described online. Walking distance to beach & promenade which is great, plus free parking outside property. The extended kitchen & bi-fold doors made such a lovely area to cook & chat together. Really comfortable beds & good sized rooms with great storage.

I would highly recommend staying at the Bolthole. The house is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the best equipped kitchen of any holiday property I've ever stayed in! It is cosy and comfortable. The parking is on the street, but there was always a space somewhere nearby. A good base for exploring the area.

A well furnished and comfortable house that is much roomier than might be thought from the street view. A nice lounge with two sofas, coffee table and tv. Large kitchen /dining room. A good selection of kitchen equipment (which were clean, which in our experience is not always the case). Beautifully comfortable bed, and lots of storage space in theRead more bedroom. The property is situated a short walk (5 mins) from the east end of the seafront near the Redoubt fortress. Its close to bus routes into the town centre but the distance is quite walkable. We had a very enjoyable week staying here. Hide

Excellent little place, pleasant walk into town (long enough to enjoy, short enough to be easy), couple of good take aways Betty close and fantastic breakfasts at the Beach Cafe.
